Clive Alcock is a touring live sound engineer who has worn many audio hats during a long career and is currently resident in Victoria, Canada.
In addition to touring work Clive has been a musician, production company owner, live and studio recording engineer and a college and university instructor. He has worked with multiple symphony orchestras mixing pops and classical concerts, acted as head of audio and lead mixer for large festivals, had several long stints mixing corporate and political events and headed up the audio team for a Winter Olympics opening and closing ceremonies.
Clive's skills include sophisticated digital console programming, engineering design for distributed audio networks, computer networks configuration and programming, DSP programming, audio systems analysis. He's a self professed hack at Python and Javascript programming.
